Visions Beyond My Lifetime
i want a world where my work as a coach is obsolete because every care provider is so well-versed in Queer liberation and sexuality from a place of wholeness.
i want a world where the voices that have most often been silenced are amplified.
i want a world where the bodies that have most often been shamed are celebrated.
i want a world where nobody is told to be quiet or that they can’t carry a tune.
i want a world where nobody is told to sound a certain way in order to be more worthy of being listened to.
i want a world where nobody is told to look a certain way in order to be more worthy of love and desire.
i want a world where past trauma never gets in the way of intimacy because everybody has the care that they need to move through.
i want a world where no past wounds can get in the way of connection because those wounds are never caused to begin with.
i want a world where shame does not exist, it is thought of as ridiculous.
i want a world where violence to another is understood as violence to oneself.
i want a world where care and pleasure are wildly accessible to everyone, that anything other than that is utterly incomprehensible.
i want a world where every body and every voice is cherished and understood as (of course!) sacred.
